£50.00 non-refundable deposit on completion of booking form once you have recieved comfirmation of availibilty.

 

£100.00 damage or loss deposit which will be fully refundable after the event upon a full check of ‘Off Your Trolley’ goods.

 

A non-refundable balance is payable 28 days before the event.

 

If the event is cancelled by you the customer we will endeavour to try to change dates etc where possible.

 

Date change and availability is at the discretion of ‘Off Your Trolley’ and the above terms still apply.

 

Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the booking.

 

Extra costs will apply if the loss or damage exceeds the damage deposit.

 

Delivery and collection time must be agreed prior to event, including the access for loading and unloading eg steps, parking etc.

 

Failure to gain access for any reason including the loading and unloading of ‘Off Your Trolley’ goods may result in the loss of the £100.00 damage deposit.

 

Any damage or loss of property to ‘Off Your Trolley’ goods must be fully reimbursed by the customer.

 

The customer will be fully responsible for all ‘Off Your Trolley’ property until collection.

 

‘Off Your Trolley’ will accept no liability for events out of their control.

 

‘Off Your Trolley’ reserve the right to remove staff and their property in the unlikely event of damage or safety to both staff and property.  Full payment will still apply.
